FreeInvoiceMaker.online provides free, browser-based tools for generating invoices, receipts, and related business documents as downloadable PDF files. All document generation happens locally in your browser; we do not store the data you enter.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site's tools only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

Creating invoices for genuine goods or services you have provided or are billing for
Creating receipts for genuine payments you have received
Recreating a duplicate receipt for a transaction you genuinely made, for your own personal record-keeping

Prohibited use: You must NOT use any tool on this Site to create a fraudulent document — including but not limited to fake receipts, fake invoices, or fake proof of payment for transactions that did not occur. This includes use for false expense claims, fraudulent insurance claims, tax evasion, deceiving an employer or financial institution, or any other deceptive or illegal purpose. Such use may constitute fraud and is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions. We do not endorse, support, or take responsibility for any document generated for fraudulent purposes, and we reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent use to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.

No Warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we aim for accuracy in calculations (tax, totals, formatting), you are responsible for verifying all figures before sending any document to a third party or relying on it for legal, tax, or financial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

FreeInvoiceMaker.online and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any document generated using it, including but not limited to disputes with clients, tax issues, or misuse by you or any third party.

Data and Privacy

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, and branding are the property of FreeInvoiceMaker.online. The documents you generate using our tools (invoices, receipts, etc.) belong entirely to you.
