How long does it take to get a reply?

We aim to respond to every email within 1–2 business days. Bug reports affecting the PDF download are prioritised first.

Do you offer a paid or premium version?

No — FreeInvoiceMaker is completely free with no paid tier. If that changes in the future, it will be announced clearly on the homepage.

Can you add support for my country's currency or tax format?

Possibly — tell us which currency or tax format you need and we'll consider it for a future update.

I found an issue with a calculation — what should I include in my report?

Please include the values you entered, the total you expected, and the total you actually got. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
