FreeInvoiceMaker.online was created with a simple belief: every freelancer and small business owner deserves access to professional invoicing tools — without paying a monthly subscription or being forced to create an account.
Too many invoice tools hide their best features behind paywalls, plaster watermarks on your documents, or require you to hand over your email address just to download a PDF. We thought that was wrong.
So we built something different: a free, no-signup, no-watermark invoice generator that produces a polished PDF in under 60 seconds.

Everything runs directly in your web browser using JavaScript — there's no server processing your invoice, no database storing your clients' names, and no account to lose access to. When you fill in the form and click "Download PDF," your browser builds the document locally and hands it straight to you. It's the same reason the page loads instantly and works even on a slow connection: there's nothing to wait on but your own typing.
To save you time on repeat invoices, we also use your browser's local storage to remember your business name, logo, accent colour, and the last invoice number you used — but only on the device you're using, and only if you tick the "remember my details" box. Nothing is synced anywhere or shared with us.
Most invoice tools online fall into one of two camps: cluttered ad-supported generators that make you hunt for the actual download button, or subscription software built for accountants that's overkill for a single freelancer sending a handful of invoices a month. We built FreeInvoiceMaker to sit between those two extremes — genuinely free, genuinely simple, and designed to get out of your way so you can send an invoice and get back to your actual work.

Everything you type into FreeInvoiceMaker stays in your browser. We don't send your data to any server, we don't store your invoices, and we don't know anything about your clients or business. The PDF is generated and downloaded entirely on your device.
